In NLP, there are two forces that motivate people to change.
The twin forces of motivation are pleasure and pain.
IF you wanted to make a change, are you motivated by:
•the pain it will cause you to not change
OR
•the desired outcome you want??
Both of these motivations are important. For example, if we want to change a bad habit. Let’s say you have an unhealthy diet and want to change the foods that you are eating. It’s good to recognize all the pain points that are associated with continuing to eat badly.
